Our Retreats
Sometimes you just need to get away, rest, renew, and be inspired.
This 3-Day Retreat includes daily inspirational coaching and goal planning (big dreams!), meditations, osmotic energy balance on the beach, and more. The estate includes a private pool, tennis/pickleball court, walking and meditation space, and a peaceful place for personal development and zenful relaxation, all guided by bestselling personal betterment author Penelope Jean Hayes. Some retreats include a live music night on the patio of the estate.
Our retreats are for people who strive for personal betterment and like learning new modalities, those in need of guidance in turning around their heavy energy into light energy or shedding past relationships or trauma, or for anyone looking to bring fresh new energy into their life through an immersion experience.
